These terms apply when you browse this website, contact AZIZI JEWELLERY LIMITED (AZIZI JEWELLERY, we, us or our), request an appointment, or buy jewellery from us. Read them with the information shown for the particular item, quotation or appointment.

Where a separate written quotation or order confirmation sets out specific terms, those details apply to that transaction alongside these terms. If you are buying as a consumer, nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.

We take care to describe and photograph our gold, silver and jewellery accurately. Screen settings, lighting, natural materials and hand-finishing can cause slight differences in colour or appearance. Product-specific details, including metal, size, weight, stones and finish, are provided with the item or confirmed before you commit to an order.

Any gold calculator, market reference or estimate on this website is for guidance only. It is not a binding valuation, offer to buy, or guaranteed sale price. A final price for jewellery we buy or sell is confirmed with you before the transaction is agreed.

An enquiry, appointment request or online order submission is not, by itself, our acceptance of an order. We will confirm acceptance and the agreed item, total price, payment and delivery arrangements in writing or through the checkout/order confirmation process. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance.

Please check your order confirmation promptly and tell us if anything is incorrect. We may contact you before accepting an order if an item is unavailable, information needs clarification or a clear pricing error has occurred. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will explain this and refund any payment received for it.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) unless stated otherwise. The price, any applicable taxes, delivery charge and available payment methods will be shown before you place or confirm an order. We accept payment only through the methods presented during checkout or agreed with you directly.

Precious-metal markets can move. A quotation based on metal prices, purity, weight, stones, condition or workmanship is valid for the period stated on that quotation. We will not change the agreed price of an accepted consumer order without your agreement.

Available delivery or collection options, charges and estimated timings are provided before you confirm your order. We will deliver within the period agreed with you; if no period has been agreed, the law generally requires delivery without undue delay and within 30 days.

Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact details. If a delay or delivery issue arises, contact us with your order reference so we can help. For a consumer purchase, responsibility for the goods passes to you when you (or someone you nominate, other than the carrier) take physical possession of them, as provided by law.

For most goods bought online or by another distance method, consumers can cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving a reason, then have a further 14 days to send them back. We refund the item price and the basic delivery charge, subject to the statutory rules. An upgrade to a more expensive delivery option may not be refundable.

The distance-selling cancellation right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as a piece made or engraved specifically for you. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described. See the Refund Policy for return steps and more detail.

For purchases made in person, there is not usually a legal right to return an item simply because you change your mind, unless we have offered one. Your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain in place.

If you ask us to buy gold, silver or jewellery from you, any indicative online estimate is subject to inspection and confirmation of the item’s metal, purity, weight, condition and any other relevant features. We will explain the final offer and payment arrangement before you decide whether to accept it.

You must own the item or have authority to sell it. We may ask for reasonable identity, ownership or transaction information before proceeding. A purchase from you is a separate transaction from a consumer purchase of jewellery from us.

An appointment request is subject to confirmation by our team. The confirmation will set out the time, location and purpose. Requesting or attending an appointment does not commit you to buy or sell jewellery, and an estimate discussed at an appointment is not final unless we confirm it as an offer.

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible using the details in the website footer. Any charge or deposit will only apply where it was clearly explained and agreed before booking.

Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and keep your account sign-in details secure. You must not use this website unlawfully, interfere with its operation or submit information that you do not have permission to provide.

We handle personal information in accordance with our privacy information and applicable data-protection law. Contact us if your account details need correcting or if you are concerned about unauthorised account use.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also benefit from mandatory protections under the law of the part of the UK where you live. The courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear any dispute.
